Pick up & go
- Authorise security deposit via main driver's card (£750 standard)
- Full zero-stress handover
Pre-authorisation is held during hire to cover insurance excess, damage, and charging fees.
Booking Deposit
- 25% Required Payable at the time of booking to secure your dates.
- Balance Due Remaining 75% is due no later than 30 days before the pickup date.
- Late Bookings For bookings made within 30 days of pickup, 100% of the Total Hire Cost is payable immediately.
Security Deposit
- Standard Pre-authorisation £750 held on the Main Driver's credit/debit card at pickup.
- Drivers Aged 21–24 Increased to £5,000 if the Main Driver or any Additional Driver is under 25.
Held for the duration of the hire to cover insurance excess, potential damage, charging fees, and other charges.
Cancellations
- 30+ Days Prior 100% refund of the Total Hire Cost.
- 14–30 Days Prior 50% refund of the Total Hire Cost.
- Less than 14 Days Prior No refund provided.
